Been in my comfort zone for way too long where I wouldn't try to do anything new in my life, always sticking to the same old and probably.....feeling insecure about everything and anything? That's it. I've thought long and I think it's time for me to get out from my comfort zone. Baby steps, bit by bit. I'm thankful for my family, friends and Z for being so supportive, yay! :)
I'm still wondering how some girls can be so motivated as to eat clean and exercise daily because I can't do it for nuts. Time to get rid of my lazy bones, maybe.
